Herbal Water Infusion

A drink, remedy, or extract prepared by soaking herbal leaves of a plant or herb in aqueous liquid.

 

For full extraction of the herb the requirements are as followed:

  • Roots, barks, and berries are simmered. 
  • Leaves and flowers are steeped and set to rest for a certain amount of time.

Boiling point is 212 degrees Fahrenheit.

Serving Size for amount of herbs used: 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of herb per cup of water
